We have received details for the Referee Clinic. The cost is $100
per person and will be held on Sunday, March 4th from 9:00 am to
4:00 pm at Carleton University. We highly recommend everyone to
attend. The course is extremely useful for all fencers to
understand why calls are made and be able to protest if they are
being treated unfairly. The course will be run by two very
experienced and highly qualified judges, Paul Simms and Michael
Ivankovic. Contact Coach Jon to reserve a spot.

The Ottawa Shield was held on Feb 4-5 with many competitors from

top senior fencers. Bob brought home a Bronze medal in Veteran's
sabre and his performance was matched by Veronique in mixed Vet
foil.

Emma Roberts put in an amazing performance to bring home a Silver
Medal at the CSC in Montreal. Congratulations Emma!
